4.3.5 Hausman Specification Test
The results of Hausman specification test for purpose of determining whether fixed effect model (FEM) or random effect model (REM) are reported in Table 8 as follows:As shown in Table 8 for NPM (without moderator), ROA, and ROE models with moderators, the null hypotheses failed to be rejected since the p values are greater than 5% level of significance. This implies that random-effects models were preferred.
