    • The study the impact of ICT on students academic performance in financial accounting in Ado Local Government Area of Ekiti State. Relevant literature were revealed in chapter two. Descriptive research design was used for this study. The population for the study consisted of all the students in  Ado Local Government Area of Ekiti State. One hundred students were sampled using stratified and simple random sampling techniques to 25 students from each school. Questionnaire was used to collect relevant information from the sampled subject. The study revealed that the use of ICT influence students academic performance.

      Findings revealed that majority of respondents agreed that computer and web are utilized by teachers for effective teaching  and learning of accounting, there are ICT tools in  my school, Teachers fully utilizes the ICT tools in the school for teaching and learning of accounting, and that teaching accounting with ICT tools has help me to understand the subject better.

      Based on the findings of this research work, it was recommended that; Government should encourage and put in incentive to attract state, local, international bodies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to invest on ICT related projects in secondary schools.

      ICT equipment and facilities should be made available to all secondary schools. Only qualified and competence accounting teachers should be employed to teach in our secondary schools.
