The design layout adopted for these project work was 2×3×3 factorial design
(i) operators parameters (height, weight, knuckle length)
(ii) feed rate (0.5kg/min 1.0kg/min and 1.5kg/min)

Threshing Efficiency
Threshing efficiency (T.E%) the threshing efficiency is the ratio of total weighty of grain/ seed threshed to the total weight of seed feed in to the thresher expressed as a percentage (Ndirika 2004). It is also the difference between 100% and the percentage of unthreshed seed.

ii. Unthreshed Efficiency
Unthreshed efficiency is the ratio of total weight of grain/ seed unthreshed to the total weight of seed feed into the thresher and it expressed as a percentage
