      RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
      4.1 Performance Evaluation, Result and Discussion
          The data collected from the performance evaluation of both ambient conditions in cold room storage. Condition were shown in appendix D and E. The average data were shown in table 4.1 with relative humidity of 85% which is constant during the experimental. The temperature and weight of the sample were taken at four hours interval for 12 hours daily in which the experimental were conducted for three consecutive days.
