Based on the result obtained from the effect of weight loss on daily time for pear. It shows that the rate of weight loss of pear under ambient is very high in which the pear start to deteriorate while the pear in the cold storage, weight loss low.
Based on the result obtained from the effect of weight loss on daily time for water leaf, it was observed that waterleaf store under ambient condition have highest weight loss in which the water leaf get dry while the water leaf stored in the cold have the lowest weight los
