      What are the student interests in practical agricultural science


      The statements in this aspect of the questionnaire are based on the interest of the students toward practical agricultural science. From Table 4, 38(95%) of male students and 31(77.5%) of female students agree with item 14, which is an indication that they both have interest in practical agricultural lesson. while 2(5%) of male 9(22.5%) of female students disagreed with the statement.  31(77.5%) of male student and 32(80%) of female student agreed that they  read ahead in practical agriculture while 9(22.5%) and 8(20%)  of male and female students disagreed  which shows that larger percentage of students often read ahead in practical agricultural science which is an indication that they both have interest in practical agricultural science. Based on students mood on practical agriculture  lesson about 38( 95%) of male and 35(87.5%) of the female student agreed that with item16 which shows that the student have interest in practical agricultural science ,while  2(5%) of male and 5(12.5% )of female student disagreed  that  they are happy attending practical agricultural classes
          Generally, based on the student responses there was a great indications that both male and female student in the area of study have an interest in practical agricultural science, this interest may be based on their positive perception of practical agricultural science
