A total of 40 rats were divided into four groups: control, cisplatin-treated, fenugreek oil-treated, and cisplatin plus fenugreek oil-treated. The effects of fenugreek oil treatment were evaluated through behavioral tests and imaging analysis of the cerebellum structure.
