4.0 CHAPTER FOUR
4.1 PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA
4.1.1 NTRODUCTION
In this chapter, data collected for the purpose if answering research questions posed and testing of hypotheses formulated in the study are presented and analysed. The findings are presented according to the research questions and hypotheses.
4.1.2 A total of forty (40) questionnaires were administered and thirty - two (32) copies were retrieved (representing 80 percentage) which data are presented and analysed for the conclusion of this study.

Profession of the respondents are presented in table 5
Data presented in table 4.1 above showed that 16 builders representing 50% are used; 4 architects and 4 Quantity surveyors representing 12.5% apiece are used and 8 engineers representing 25% are also used.
