The correlation between commitment and customers is 0.63 which is 63%, meaning that they are linearly correlated, while the R2 is 0.58 meaning that 58% of the dependent variable could be explained by the independent variables from the model.

Hypothesis
Ho: commitment does not affect organization customers
H1: commitment affects organization customers
Decision Rule:
Accept H0 if P-value is greater than 0.05, reject if otherwise
Conclusion
Since the P – value is (0.000) is less than 0.05 we reject H0, we therefore accept H1 and conclude that commitment affects customers in business performance
