From the result above, it the shows the result on the responds of the respondents on if ‘Innovation into existing product/service enhances value by offering improved quality, features and reliability at lower price’, it then shows that 22.4% of the respondents strongly disagreed, 27.7% disagreed, whereby 13.2% of the respondents agreed and 12.6% strongly agreed, based on the above result, it then concludes that innovation into existing product/service enhances value by offering improved quality, features and reliability at lower price.
From the above results, it shows the results on the respond of the respondent on if ‘Commitment helps in establishing long-term relationship between the organization and the customer’. The result then shows that 22.1% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 12.6% disagreed while 27.4% agreed and 25.3% strongly agreed, it then concludes that commitment helps in establishing long-term relationship between the organization and the customers.
