DECISION RULE: If the calculated chi – square table value (TV) is greater than the calculated value CV, then the null hypothesis should be rejected and the alternative hypothesis should be accepted and vice – versa.
DECISION: Since the calculated chi – square value (TV) 9.488 is greater than the calculated value (cv) 1.238, then the null hypothesis is rejected.
This therefore means that there is significant relationship between Motivation and employees productivity in Beta Glass Plc, Ughelli
