From the table above, 5 respondents representing 6.7% employees are primary school certificate holders, 14 respondents which stands for 18.% employees are WAEC holders. 30 respondent representing 40% are OND holders, while 15 respondent representing 20% are first degree holders. 6 respondents which stands for 8% are master degree holders, while 5 respondent representing 6.7% are professionals.
The table above shows that 21 respondents representing 28% are senior staffs in the company while 52 respondent which stands for 72% are Junior staff in the company.
