    • Questionnaire II: Do you think that employing more staff will increase the organizational productivity?

      From the above table, 2 respondents from the Junior and a respondent from the senior representing 3.7% strongly agreed that employing more staff will increase the organizational productivity while 7 respondents from junior staff and 4 respondent from senior representing 14.6% agreed. 10 respondents from junior staffs and 2 respondent standing for 15.7% were undecided.
      However, 14 respondents from Junior staff and 4 respondent from senior staff representing 24.3% strongly disagreed while 24 respondent from junior staff and 7 respondents from senior staff standing for 41.3% disagreed.

      Question III: Do you think that adequate training of employee will increase productivity?

      From the table above, 24 respondent from the junior staff and 7 respondent from senior staff representing 41.3% strongly agreed that adequate training of employee will increase productivity while 14 respondents from the junior staff and 4 respondents from senior representing 24.3% staff mere agreed 2 respondent from the senior standing for 3.7% were undecided.
      However, 4 respondent from junior staff and 7 respondents from the senior staff representing 14.6% strongly agreed while 10 respondents from the junior staff and 2 respondent from the senior staff representing 15.7% disagreed.
