Questionnaires IV: Will you continuously increase your effort in production process if you constantly rewarded?
The above table shows that 25 respondents from junior staff and 10 respondent from the senior staff representing 46.6% strongly agreed that they will continuously increase their effort in production process if they will be constantly rewarded. While 20 respondent from the junior staff and 9 respondent from the senior staff representing 38.7% merely agreed. There was no respondent from both side on one decided option.
However, 4 respondent from the junior staff and now respondent from the senior staff representing 5.3% strongly disagreed while 5 respondent from the senior staff representing 9.3% disagreed.
