SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1 SUMMARY OF THE FINDINGS
The major findings of this study are
 The organization studies is goal oriented because employees were committed to pursue the objective of the organization. Commitment to objective is a function of rewards associated with their achievement (Mcgrego 1960)
 Majority of the employees were not motivated because of lack of inceptive. (Barnard 1938). A good manager must be able to motivate workers for doing and completing a task through incentives.
 The objectives of the organization studies are communicate to the work force within them so that they can understand how their objectives will be achieved (Onwuchekwa 1995)
 The employees were loyal to the authority. The contract of employment required a worker to obey and take instructions from his employer. He is under the authority of his employer and authority is an institutional factor in the society (Onwuchekwa 1995)
 The organization enjoyed high rate of attendance by her workers.
When workers are satisfied with environment and their loyalty improved: there can be lower turn over and absenteeism.
5.2 CONCLUSION:
On the basis of the findings, this study concluded that motivations plays a major role in determining how effectively people work together to achieve corporate objectives. Employees work more effectively and with greater satisfaction when their own needs are satisfied.
Therefore, any organization that must survive these global competitive environment must have knowledge of psychological and philosophical conceptions about man and satisfaction of needs through organizational incentives.
5.3 RECOMMENDATIONS:
Based on the findings, this study recommends the following
Efforts should be made to provides necessary working tools (update technology) in addition to adequate and good compensation policies in order for employees to perform effectively.
Managers should carefully study the needs of employees in his organization and design organizational inventors according to needs
Promotion should be based on merit rather than on favouritism and quota. This is due to the fact that an employees who perceives that he will be promoted, if he improves his quality of work, will exert more effort to his job and work performance
