Since the P – value is (0.000) is less than 0.05 we reject H0, we therefore accept H1 and conclude that there is relationship between progressive tax and productivity in SMEs
a. Predictors: (Constant), the correlation between tax holidays and profitability
The correlation between tax holidays and profitability is 0.63 which is 63%, meaning that they are linearly correlated, while the R2 is 0.58 meaning that 58% of the dependent variable could be explained by the independent variables from the model.
