From the result above, it shows the result on if Tax holidays are often used to reduce sales taxes by local government, the result then shows that 7.4% of the respondent strongly disagreed and 18.9 disagreed, whereby 30.5% agreed and 37.9% strongly agreed. From the result above, since the majority of the respondents agreed and strongly agreed, it then concludes that tax holidays are used to reduce sales taxes by local government.
From the above table, the result is based on if, Tax holidays are commonly used by governments in developing countries to help stimulate foreign investments. The result then shows that only 9.5% of the respondents disagreed whereby 41.1% of the respondents agreed and 49.5% strongly agreed, this implies that tax holiday helps to stimulate foreign investments.
