This work is intended to find out the effect of compensation on employee performance which is very useful to practicing managers who constantly need to refresh and update their knowledge. The chapter one contains the introduction, chapter two contains the literature review, while chapter three deals with research methodology which entail different methods that can be used to obtain information from the chosen sample and the questionnaire method was adopted as a rear of getting the information.
From the findings, the investigation has proved that employees' compensation plays a very important role in the organization’s goal achievement that when the employees were not adequately taken care of, they become dissatisfied which eventually leads to low morale and poor performance by employees. Finally, chapter five comprises of brief summary of research work, recommendations and conclusion.
