3.4 Sources of Data Collection
The sources of information for this research are of two types they are:
Primary source and secondary sou rce
3.4a Primary Source: The method used in this primary source is the questionnaires given to some staff of the selected organizations. Also through interviews conducted with the management and the staff of the selected organization and some observations made by the researcher.
3.4 b Secondary Source : This source was gotten from textbooks, magazines, government publications.
3.5 Instrument Used for Data Collection
The instruments used were questionnaires, direct observations and oral interviews.
3.5a Questionnaires : This can be defined as a set of written questions with answer options .
3.5b Observation: This can be defined as what one noticed in the course of a study.
3.5 c Oral interview: This can be define as questions asked people and the answers collec ted from it.
3.6 Method of Data Collection
On visiting the selected organizations, after formal introduction by the researcher to the managements of the organizations and receiving go ahead order from them, eighty questionnaires were administered. Out of the total number of questionnaires administered, none was lost during recovery.
Due to the time limit, sixty -seven was used to form the basis for the data analysis.
3.7 Method of Data Analysis
The data collected was analysed using percentage frequency
