    • The table above shows us that 46 respondents representing 68.7% of the total respondents we re of the view that strategic planning has immensely contributed to the growth and development of an organization while 21 respondents representing 31.3% of the total respondents said that strategic planning has contributed to high extent in the growth and development of an organization.

      Table IX is telling us that 67 respondents representing 100% of the total respondents agreed that strategic pla nning helps a lot in the achievement of an organizational goal. There was no opposition at all.

      Table X shows us that 10 respondents representing 14.9% of the    total    respondents    said    with    full    assurance    that            strategic planning is faced with many hindrances in c ase of using it to achieve on organizational goal, 20 respondents representing 29.8% of the total respondents said that using strategic planning in the achievement of an    organizational goal        is        not    faced    with        any hindrance,        31    respondents        representing    46.3%        of        the    total respondents said that it is faced with slight hindrance and 6 respondents representing 9% of the total respondents said that they have no idea at all.

      Table XI above is telling us that 9 respondents representing 13.4% of the total respondents said that individuals can be developed and be motivated through provision of conducive working area, 40 respondents representing 59.7% of the total respondents said that it is through mutua l relationship between the management and staff while 18 respondents representing 26.9% of the total respondents supported through provision of incentives that employees can be motivated.

      From the above table, 60 respondents representing 89.6% of the total respondent support ed the motion that seminars/programmes organized for the staff helps in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the management of an organization while 7respondents representing 10.4% did not support it at all.

      Table XIII is telling us that 15 respondents representing 22.4% of    the    total    respondents    believed    that    fund    shortage    in    an organization can be tackled through contributions by staff while        52 respondent representing 77.6% of the total respondent said that it is through compulsory reserve that the problem of shortage of fund will be dealt with.

      The above table is telling us that 54 respondent representing 80.6% of the total respondents agreed that the management expects high performance from the operation of the organization while 13 respondents representing 19 .4% of the total respondent said that it is average performance that the management expects from their organization’s operations.
