The researcher found out that some of these small -scale firms do not provide some of the necessary motivations needed to their staff which will lead to effective and efficiency in the management of the organization.
The researcher also found out that the use of strategic planning in achievement of an organizational goal helps a lot in the organization where it is in existence.
The researcher went ahead to discover that the presence of these small-scale firms has contributed positively to the people and environment where it is located through:
Provision of job opportunities, attracting people for settlement in such areas and provision of developmental means of such areas etc.
Despite all these contributions, there are many hindrances they encounter such as illiteracy, lack of capital and nonchalant attitude of some staff towards work.
5.2 Conclusion

The researcher strongly believed that these firms will do better if some of their problems are being tackled with.
5.3 Recommendations
The management of an organization must ensure that there is effective human resources management which will lead to success in the accomplishment of organizational goals . The management should ensure that the y embark and keep to their compulsory reserve which will help to the upliftment of the organizatio n.
If government will come to the aid of these small -scale firms by giving them loans which will be of help to them by boosting up their capital strength, thereby enabling them to purchase necessary machines needed in the organization and also for motivat ion of staff, I believe that they will do better in their performance level.
If the management of the organization will be organizing periodic educating programmes/ seminars for their staff, it will help to widen their knowledge, skills and ideas they have before about the product of their organizations thereby enhancing increased productivity.
Again, if the management of an organization will increase the monthly allowances being paid to sta ff, it will help to attract male staff to work in their organizati on which in turn will bring about increased productivity.
If the management of an organization will embark on the employment of suitably qualified personnels in various arms of the organization, it will go a long way to eliminate low productivity resulting from ignorance.
If the management of an organization will ensure effective cooperation of the staff in their employ, it will help in the speedy growth of the organization.
Therefore, if the above recommendations are applied, it will help to boost up productivity of the organization.
