    • As it is shown in table above, the overall and inter item Cronbach’s alpha value of all the dependent and independent variables of the study achieve the minimum requirement of reliability analysis (i.e. Alpha>0.70). Thus, based on this finding the researcher concludes that the pilot test of the instrument is reliable to be applying in the current study.
      3.11     Ethical Considerations
      The researcher respected the respondents’ privacy. The participants were not expected to write their names on the questionnaire, but each questionnaire has a code number for reference. The participants were assured that the information given will be treated confidentially and shall be used for the purpose intended only. They also had the freedom to withdraw from the study at any point or time. The researcher informed the respondents that they have a right not to participate in the study if they so wish.
      3.12    Research Philosophy
      There are three (3) ways of thinking about research philosophy, epistemology, ontology and axiology. However, positivism, ontology are considered as the appropriate research philosophy because of the role of the researcher will be limited data collection and interpretation through objective approach and research findings are usually observable and quantifiable.
