The cumulative responses of 83.3% respondents expressed their positive view toward the relationship between technological change and their Organizational performance while only 4.3% disagreed with the opinion and 12.4% were record undecided.
44.8% respondents fully satisfied that SWOT Analysis is the specific change models/techniques used in the company, Scoping Exercise takes 36.7% of the respondents, 13.3% specify that the change modes used is Ideas Harvest, and a negligible 1.9% specify that Process Mapping is frequently used while 3.3% agreed that the strategies may be coming from other newly devices strategies officially used and support by the company.
