49.5% respondents agreed that Business change were the major change implementation required in the company, followed by the System change with the respondents rate of 28.1%, Process change recorded 16.7% while change to working conditions is 5.7%.
25.7% of the respondents attribute the factor hindered effective management of change to lack of communication, 24.3% opined that the hurdles inhibiting the realizations of effective management of change comes from poor support from company management, 12.9% attribute the problem to high delay of the change process, 25.2% attribute the problem to technical problems while 11.9% attribute this to lack of resource and planning toward the realization of the change process.
