a. Dependent Variable: Organizational Performance
The beta coefficient of the model in table above indicates the beta value of the constant is 0.210 whereas; the beta value for the predictor variable (Technological change) is 0.952. The t-value of 33.636 and the p-value of .000 indicates the model is significant at p<0.05. Therefore, the beta coefficient (Beta= 0.952) implies the level of Organizational Performance is increase by 95.2% as the technological change increases by one. With the value of constant in the regression coefficients above, it is predicted that organizational performance might be below average i.e 21% as the technological change is 0. Therefore it is concluded that there is a significant impact of technological change on the organizational performance of the selected Mobile TELECOM industry in Ilorin Kwara State.
