The model analysis includes the independent variables (Specific Change Models/Techniques) used and dependent variable (Organizational Performance). As indicated in the above model summary, the linear combination of the independent variables was significantly related to the dependent variable R=0.931, adjusted R-square=0.863, and estimated 86.6% of total variation in the dependent variable, Organizational performance, is jointly explained by the predictors, Specific Change models/techniques whereas 13.4% explained by the other factors.
