    • 3.2    QUESTIONNAIRE METHOD
      This involved a list of questions prepared and typed by the researcher which were distributed to people around. Their replies to those questions are essential in the forms of YES or NO, which were completed and returned back to the research for data acquisition. For the purpose of this study, the total number of 100 questionnaire containing 16 questions were distributed out which 50 were allocated for Kwara Express while, the remaining 50 were allocated to Kasmag. Though the questionnaires sub-divided into 3 parts namely, personal data, information about the operation schemes, and factors influencing the operation and are tabulated below;
