      2.1    REVIEW OF RELEVANT LITERATURES.

          Model primary health care is located at Oke-osealabamosa ward old Jebba road, Ilorin East. It was established by U.I.T.H in 2004 it has screen wall at the entrance that provides lighting and ventilation into the building.

      1.    Absence of ramp for easy movement of disable and wheel chair.

          Primary health care Ijora-Oloyebadia. It is located along Ijora  road constructed in the year 2010. The primary health care is mixed up with environmental health and revenue office.
      MERIT
