      This study is being undertaken to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices on cholera prevention and utilization of Salt Sugar Solution (SSS). The aim is to assess the level of knowledge on malaria prevention and utilization of SSS among people.  It is also for the purpose of collecting information that will help in designing appropriate intervention for the prevention and control of cholera among people at home. It is important that you answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong ones; just answer to the best of your knowledge and ability.
