      3.0    MATERIAL AND METHOD
      3.1     PREPARATION OF COMPUTER LABOATORY
In order to execute the construction exercise. It is necessary to understand clearly the correct procedure to be followed in preparing the rehabilitation and furnishing of computer laboratory.
The preparation of this project involves making the plan of the project but before the work started, the plan was taking first and setting of blocks, window and door are carried out.
      3.2     MATERIAL SELECTION
Material selection is the act or process of selecting the best among the type of material that fit or suit the criteria for construction of Computer Laboratory. This is concerned and deal with condition and purpose of construction the Computer Laboratory for the purpose it serves.
The following are considered for the selection of material for the purpose of this project.
      3.2.1 STRENGTH
The strength of a construction material is relevant to resist stresses and Strains induction when the laboratory is in service. It is affected by the     Environmental condition under when the material is used. For example: the strength of PVC ceiling is reduce under damp environment; the strength of the aluminum door and windows and strength of tiles.
      3.2.2     DURABILITY
Materials are considered durable if they retain their strength and other properties over a considered period of time. The characteristic varies with the material and services conditions. For example, material may be durable for some purpose and not for other.
      3.3     CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE
The following are the procedure involved in Rehabilitation and Furnishing of Computer Laboratory.
      SITE CLEARANCE
All the dirt in the site were cleared, this involved the students parking out the papers and files, chairs and tables, dusting the necessary place.
      BLOCK LAYERING
The block was laid to make brick wall to the height designed structure bond in the arrangement of blocks.
      ROOFING WITH PVC CEILING
PVC ceiling was used as the ceiling material. This was done by positioning the first PVC in the bottom corner of the roof and fixed to the potion with nails.
      COVERING WITH BURGLARY
After the completion of block working layering and burglary was laid on the wall to the roof and also at the window and door.
The door was welded to the entrance, the window and the burglary was welded to the post of the door, window and wall.
      LAYING OF TILES
Ceramic floor tiles is used to cover the floor, laid in various patterns, floor tiles are typical set morta using sand, cement and often a latex additive for extra adhesion.
