Design And Implementation Of Online Cash Receipt Generating System For A Supermarket

This project focuses on developing an online cash receipt generation system. The current method of generating cash receipts is done manually, leading to several issues. To address these problems, a plan was devised to automate the manual process. The challenges were identified through a series of interviews and document reviews, followed by an analysis that led to the recommendation of a computerized solution.
The project also outlines how to implement the new system successfully and overcome potential obstacles that may arise. The system was designed using Microsoft ASP.NET for server-side programming and HTML, chosen for its object-oriented capabilities and the extensive .NET class libraries available for building online applications.
