      Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
      Object oriented programming language mode organized around object rather than action and data rather than logic historically a program has a viewed as a logical procedure that take input data process it and produce output data www.encyclopedia.com the programming challenge was seen as how to write the logic not how to describe the data object oriented programming take the view that what we really care about are the object we want to manipulate rather than the logic (describe by name address and so forth) to building and floors (whole properties can be described and managed) down to the title widgets on a computer desktop (such as buttons and scroll bars).
      The first step in OOP is to identify all the objects the programmer wants to manipulate and how they relate to each other, an exercise often known as data modeling once an objects has been identified, it is generalized as a clay of objects (think of plate’s concept of the “ideal” chair that stand for all chairs) which define the kind of data it contain and any logical sequence that can manipulate it. Each distinct logical sequence is known as a method objects communicate with well described interface called message.
      The concept and rule used in objects-oriented programming promote these important benefits.
      The concept of a data make it possible to describe these sub-classes of data objects that share some of all of the main class feature called inheritance, this properties of OOP fires a more thorough data analysis, reduce development time, and ensure, more accurate coding.
      Since a class describe only the data it need to be concerned with instance of that class (an object) is run, the code will be able to accidentally access other programmed data. This feature of data hiding provides greater system security and avoids unintended data corruption.
      The description of a class is re-useable not only by the program for which it is initially created but also by other objects-oriented programs (and, for this reason, can be of data classes allows a programmer to create any new data type that is not already defined in the language itself. www.encylopedia.com
      Similar was the first object-oriented programming language java python, C++ Visual Basic.net and Ruby are the most popular OOP language today. the application corporate network and the internet, Ruby is used in many web application curl, small talk, Delphi and Eiffel are also example of objects- oriented programming languages.
      A type of programming in which programmers define not only the data type of a data structure, but also the types of operations [functions] that can be applied to the data structure. In this, way, the data structure becomes an object that includes both data and functions. In addition, programmers can create relationship between one object and another for example: objects can inherit features from other objects.
      One of the principle advantages of objects oriented programming techniques over procedure programming techniques is that they enable programmers to create modules that do not need to be changed when a new type of object is added. A programmer can simply create a new object that inherits programs easier to modify.
      3.4. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
      The system requires a laptop or desktop computer to perform efficiently which means it is not compatible with mobile phones gadgets.
      Below is the list of hardware required when making use of desktop computer to access the software on internet.
          A VGA of a good resolution
          Key board for entering of data into the system and a mouse for selecting options in the system
          A minimum of Pentium IV, IG RAM processor C.P.U.
          A good printer to be used when it is necessary to get a hard copy of work done note from the system.
