      Organize the structure, under which you have to choose a folder and a folder structure that would be used to store the site files. This also determined the server that would be used, for instance, remote server or Local server. Below is the site definition window in Dreamweaver.

      After the site was defined, the next step of the implementation phase was to translate the design into the required forms, and all the tables required in the database were built and the data binding done was with the PHP code and MySQL language.
      4.10    System Requirement
      The specification needed to implement this system is as follows.
      ➢    Hardware Requirement
      For the effective operation of the newly designed system, the following minimum hardware specifications are recommended.
      (a)    The computer system in used should be IBM compatible since they are considered clone systems.
      (b)    The Random access memory (RAM) should be at least 128KB.
      (c)    The system should have a hard disk of at least 50GB and at least a diskette drive of high density of 1.44MB (3.5 inches)
      (d)    The system should be equipped with an E.G.A/V.G.A, a colored monitor.
      (e)    An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units
      (f)    It should be internet ready.
      These listed configurations are the minimum requirements but if the configurations are higher the reports derived will definitely be better and the program will run much faster.
      ➢    Software Requirement
      The software specifications required on the computer system are:-
      •    A window XP with active X installed or higher version for faster processing
      •    PHP
      •    WAMP Server
      •    Adobe Dreamweaver CS5
      •    Web Browser
      4.11    USERS GUIDE
      To use this software, the following steps must be followed;
      1.    Open your browser: locate your web browser in your computer from your start menu.
      2.    Type the address of the home page at the address bar: address bar which is normally found at the top side of the web browser, type in the address of the homepage.
      3.    Use the hyper links to navigate around the web portal: The site is composed of several web pages, and these pages are linked together using hyperlink. To navigate around these pages, you click on the hyperlink. Visit the site map for easy navigation.
