      2.9.1.1    Arithon

      ApplicantStack is a fully scalable, cloud-based applicant-tracking software system that works for businesses of any size, in any industry. With ApplicantStack, you can go paperless by converting your paper employment applications to electronic forms, and create and post job requisitions online. You can also build questionnaires and score applicants based on their responses and resume content, and then use the software's filters to sort your applicants based on their scores. The software also features social media widgets to make sharing your job postings easier, and integrates with major job boards like Indeed and CareerBuilder. It also offers scheduling features and collaboration tools so that everyone involved in the hiring process can stay in the loop. You can also easily share candidate information with others to collaborate on a hiring decision, because the ATS keeps everything in one central location. And BambooHR uses a simple, 3-star system to help you rate potential employees. BambooHR offers software plans at various price points depending on the size of your business.
      2.9.1.5    HRM Direct
      HRM Direct's applicant-tracking software features automatic job posting that allows you to promote your employment opportunities across social networks, within search engines, through employee referrals and across 12 million job boards.
