In Fig 3.11 once the authenticity of the hiring company has been veriï¬ed a dashboard is shown. This dashboard consists of the various activities that can be carried out by the hiring company in this context we are concerned with the scheduling of exams because this is the most basic use of the R.M.S. If the company hasn’t scheduled an exam it does so before it can create candidates and upload questions. In other for the company to carry out data mining activities the amount of results stored in the database has to be greater than 1000. If this hasn’t occurred it means there is insufficient data to be mined hence the action would be stopped.
3.4.5 Interface Design of the Recruitment Management System
This section shows the various forms available to the users of the R.M.S to communicate their request and get feedback. The forms used to communicate requests are called input forms while the feedback gotten could be in form of an output form a report or a message.
