Before a hiring organization can gain access to the R.M.S application the company would have to ï¬ll a registration form similar to the one shown in ï¬g 3.12. Data ï¬lled in this form would be continuously re-used throughout the application hence companies should make sure it is as accurate as possible to ensure the application functions optimally
The form in ï¬gure 3.13 serves as output to the registration form and input to the company dashboard upon registration of the company this form serves as the company’s access point to the R.M.S.
Upon logging in several activities can be carried out on the recruitment management system the dashboard in ï¬gure 3.14 serves as a sort of menu bar displaying the various activities that can be carried out in the R.M.S. It serves as the index page for all registered companies and also as the input form for all other interfaces of the R.M.S
