4.1.2 Deployment Diagram
A deployment diagram helps to model the physical aspects of an object oriented system. It visualizes the distribution of components in an application and involves modelling the hardware conï¬guration with the software components that its dependent on.In ï¬g 4.2 the deployment diagram of the R.M.S adds hardware and people ware to the component diagram of the R.M.S here we can see that an examiner uses data stored in the database located on a server to conduct exams for candidates in various locations via the internet. The examiner uses the workbench tool weka to implement an apriori algorithm in the form of association rules to make predictions as to which schools produce the best candidates in a speciï¬c field; ï¬nally the R.M.S developer continually updates and adds new features to the application via the internet.
