    • Once a student has been able to apply successfully and gotten a valid login username and password, a workspace is created for him then he can proceed to provide all the relevant data relates to him in the registration form provided
A query created from the form is sent to the database as the student information is stored.
Subsequent, a student can go back to edit information or make some changes as he progresses in the university
      (ii)    Process Analysis
The process initiation displays a form enabling the end-user or student to enter data and a submit button to start a process instance.
The internal flow of control of the task processing can be separated into three
      i.    Retrieving
      ii.    Processing
      iii.    Displaying an output
A student initiates a transaction by entering an input through an HTML form and submits it for processing to the web server over the internet. The web server is setup to retrieve the input message and process it accordingly. A page is displayed, if requested, data is collected if any and stored in a database. Otherwise, a corresponding output message is sent via an HTML interface.
      (iii)    Output analysis
The portal when used correctly in the right manner must generate the correct final results. It should display an appropriate output message for the invalid user inputs and actions, also cases when portal system failure occurs.
The major output from the portal comprises of a confirmation page that an application is received and processed or if not, an error message is displayed.
The Structured System Analysis and design methodology (SSADM) for the present system is shown below.

CHAPTER FOUR - [ Total Page(s): 4 ]System ArchitectureThis information is used as requirement for request SMS and in addition, the sender’s mobile number is then sent to the GSM modem via GSM network. The GSM modem forwards the information to the server to be used by OzomaSMS software. This software firstly converts the message from PDU into text mode and then saves it in its database named as OzomaSMS, in this inbox table.Next, the system application named Examination Result System must be kept updated with any new reques ...
