      5.0    SUMMARY
      Information Communication Technology (ICT) was introduced as a result of improving, teaching and learning in the Universities going in line with the present technological advancement in the global village. The core importance of using ICT as a tool for teaching, learning in this project is to ensure that students can view weekly time table, read and download materials online and also to view the course description and outline. With these facilities being put in place, students can have access to learning resources via the web. The use of ICT tools is embraced by the University Community and other tertiary institutions in general, even though some institutions have not fully implemented the use of ICT as a tool for learning and teaching. As a result of radical changes in the technology world, it is hoped that the system will be fully implemented in various universities.
      The use of ICT tools for teaching, learning and research can solve all the problems of the conventional way of teaching, learning and research if all the required facilities are available, ranging from bandwidth to computer systems and internet access.
      5. 1    CONCLUSION
      This system shall provide computer support and improve learning. Computer can teach student of different ages well and make learning enjoyable via the internet. In this system of learning, average student will be beneficence of the computerized education, and bright student will achieve equal or even greater gain. This system will also help students of the University to have their learning resource at the tip of their finger when needed. It will reduce the stress of looking for materials and the cost of making photocopies of materials.
      This system will offer excellent, flexibility to organizational structural of studying and it will give learning outcomes when put in place and when compare with the existing traditional system learning.
      5.2    RECOMMENDATIONS
      Based on the gain of this systems and tremendous value it will add to the academic life of every students, the below recommendation will be considered;
      i.    Adequate workshop training about the system and information technology should be given to the student and the administrator of the system.
      ii.    It is recommended that further research should be carry out on this project within the University as it will be of great impact to the development of education life of each student.
      iii.    Management of the University should do all it could to implement the system in order to help the students have an easy access to their learning resources at a click.
