The challenge of late response to submitted cases and unable to monitor the case status remain unsolved which has cause setback to the human rights protection across the country.
The web-based human rights violation reporting system is an innovative approach designed to tackle these problems for National Human Rights Commission in Nigeria and motivate the general public to know how effective the organization are in dealing with the submitted cases and how fast the cases are being attended to.
      5.2    Suggestion for Further Work
The advancement in technology in recent years and the increasing usage of the internet has provided a faster and more efficient means of storing and managing information. It has also posed the need for a powerful and faster systems. With respect to this, it is the opinion of the
      author that:
      1.    Further research and careful analysis should be done on the usability of this web-based application and procedures to encourage its usage should be adopted.
      2.    A mobile based system such as an android application can be assigned to boost the system’s flexibility.
      5.3    Recommendation
With the level of advancement in technology in recent years, the existing method of reporting human rights violation in the country is less efficient as cases are not being attending to quickly and no means of monitoring their case status to know how far the organization have gone with their investigation. In respect to these, I recommend the use of this new system for the National Human Right Commission and the general public of Nigerians for quick response, direct access to all submitted cases by the organization and efficient way of monitoring the submitted cases.
      5.4    Conclusion
The new system “web-based human rights violation reporting system” has proven itself to be an improvement on the existing method of human rights violation case submission by a faster and a more efficient means of submitting cases using computer system as shown in chapter 4.4 above. It also provides a means of monitoring the submitted cases by the complainants using their provided phone number. It was designed to suit the for the National Human Rights Commission in Nigeria by improving their effort in protecting human rights of the people in the country.
