      SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
      5.1    SUMMARY
The positive effect and the advantage of computer can never be over emphasized to large extent, computer has been useful to almost all the field of human endeavors and therefore, it will serve a great deal in the hospital inventory of drugs dispensing, ordering and re-ordering at the University of Ibadan health services (Jaja Clinic) if the new system is implemented.
      5.2    CONCLUSION
In conclusion hospital inventory management system has been studied throughout the project and its clearness on how the patient welfare is established especially at the University of Ibadan health services (Jaja Clinic).
The need for the use of manual method drugs tacking, dispensing and method of drugs stocking, dispensing and re-ordering of drugs in a hospital cannot be compared to computerized hospital system which brings about reliability efficiency, speed of processing and fast information retrieval process among others.
However, in implementing the system, adequate strategies and role perception ought to be adopted by those responsible for implementing the new system.
      5.3    RECOMMENDATION
This project is aimed at providing a designed computer system for hospital control and management system on drug stocking, dispensing and re-ordering of drugs. Based on the findings of some researchers, enough time has been taken to go through most of the problems which were discovered during system analysis and evaluation stage with regard to the implicit analysis of the research, the following recommendation are made so as to make a successful review and design of other systems like this in the future.
      i.    The documentation and operation and operational procedures should be followed and hospital should have a trained staff to operate this system.
ii.    To make this research project useful the software design should be made more meaningful as it is user friendly and coded with object oriented language.
iii.    Although the new system for information gathering was effectively good for tracing bottlenecks and checking facts that had already been noted, management should also keep an eye on the staff involved in the implementation of the system.

The hospital inventory management system is a system that maintains inventories of drugs. It is stored in the system database, which helps the Hospital management, Staff, Doctors and Nurses in taking absolute care of the patients in the Hospital. Hospital inventory management system also involves the clinical sphere of healthcare service performa ... Continue reading---

CHAPTER TWO - [ Total Page(s): 3 ]In some clinics, a computer is used, albeit in an experimental way to interview patient before or after they see a doctor in order to collect information for the patient’s record and even to assist with the diagnostic process. It is suggested that patients are more relaxed and honest and frank with their replies when faced with an impersonal machine. The computer may assist in medical diagnosis; for example, there are programs that can carry out electro-cardiogram analysis to determine bo ... Continue reading---
