Table 4.4 shows the factors that led to the increase in output. The factors in their order of ranking starting from the most important are; training and visit by extension worker, farmer filled school, Linkage with suppliers of improved seedlings and other farm input, low interest paid on the NPFS loan, the loan which the NPFS provides for farmers, cultivation of more farm produce which the NPFS encourages, and supervision.*Total frequency more than 72 because of multiple responses

Table 4.5 shows that the NPFS enhanced farmers’ access to support services.
It enhanced 97.22% of the respondents’ access to extension, 70.83% access to credit, 52.78% to good nutrition, 72.22% to health education and 66.66% to HIV/ AIDS seminars.
