need for them to have access to information materials that will help
them widen their horizon, develop knowledge, perform better in their
studies from works of scholars in their respective fields of study.
These materials are not just being sourced for by these individuals
especially when they are enrolled as students in schools because it is
part of the obligations of the school management to provide them with
these educational materials, hence the necessity for making library
resources available in schools for teachings, learning and research.
