      8.    There is adequate staffroom/chairs for the teachers

      5.    With good financial resources school would find it easy to achieve their goals                
      6    Financial resources available for instruction determines how well teacher perform                
      7.    The financial resources available are appropriately and equitably distrusted to the teacher
