      Research Design
          This study is correlation that is it indicates the direction and magnitude of the relationship between the variables, which are resource availability and productivity of teachers and as such, data are collected on the understudies variables is carried out on the data, which serve as the basis for the comparison of these variables and the final stage is the evaluation.
          Also this research is descriptive in nature questionnaire and oral interviews are adopted as means of obtaining information relevant to the study.
      Population, Sample and Sampling Techniques
          The population of this study is made up of public and private secondary schools in the Ilorin East Local Government Area of Kwara State. However, this study is cantered on nine (9) public and six (6) private secondary schools, which represents 40 percent of public and private secondary schools in the Ilorin East Local Government Area of Kwara State respectively, 40 percent of the population is used because it is accepted as a good representative of any given sample.
          This study employed the stratified random sampling technique to ensure that the research truly depicts the conditions in secondary schools in Kwara State.
          A random sample is used to select nine (9) public and six (6) private secondary school within the confines of Ilorin East Local Government Area of Kwara (forty percent of the population) which are used for the analysis.
      Instrumentation
          The instrument is questionnaire developed using previous research as a guide. It consists of two (2) parts-part one title personal information was designed to obtain information such as sex, age academic qualification and teaching experience. The past two consist of twenty items all together derived into five segments according to each of the hypothesis of the research.
          The likert – 4 scales was used easy scoring and it depicts the strength of choice along a continuum as follows:
      Strongly Agree         (SA) 4 points
      Agree                (A) 3 points
      Disagree            (D) 2 points
      Strongly Disagree         (SD) 1 point
          To ensure accuracy and precision of information collected and use in this analysis, the questionnaire were thoroughly scrutinized and reviewed by eth supervisor to avoid irrelevance and some questions are modified to suit the requirement of the study and were administered only after it received the supervisor’s approval.
          Information was collected using questionnaires that were drawn meticulously. Also the questionnaire were monitored by the research to ensure that they were filled appropriately by the respondents monitored the questionnaires.
      Procedure for Data Collection     
          The questionnaire was administered and followed up by the researcher to ensure that they were filled, by the respondents. Clarification were made promptly where and when necessary, also the questions were clear and unambiguous. The percentage of returned questionnaire was 100 percent.
      Data Analysis Techniques
              The demographic data collected will be subjected to descriptive statistics of frequency counts and percentage distribution of the respondents. While inferential statistics of chi-square (X2) will be used to analyse the data generated from hypotheses formulated at 0.05 alpha level of significance.
