Testing of Hypotheses
Main Hypothesis
Ho: There is no significant relationship between resource availability and teacher productivity
A study of Table 3 shows that, the calculated r-value was .514 while p-value 0.02 is lesser than the significance level 0.05 and for 133 degree of freedom. Consequently, the null hypothesis which stated that there is no significant relationship between resource availability and teacher productivity was rejected. This shows that, there is significant relationship between resource availability and teacher productivity
Operational Hypotheses
Ho1: There is no significant relationship between human resources availability and teacher productivity
Statistics in Table 6 reveals that the calculated r-value was .414 while p-value 0.02 is lesser than the significance level 0.05 and for 133 degree of freedom. Therefore, the null hypothesis which stated that there is no significant relationship between human resources availability and teacher productivity was rejected. This indicates that, there is significant relationship between human resources availability and teacher productivity.
