      SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
      Summary of the Findings
      This study investigated the relationship between resources availability and teachers’ productivity in secondary school in Ilorin east local government area, Kwara State
      1.    Statistics in Table 1 show the level of the extents the teachers in secondary school needs educational resources was high in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State.
      2.    The impact of the resources has on teachers’ productivity in both private and public schools was high in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      3.    The extents to which that resources provided to the teachers in public school was low and in private school was high in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      4.    Extents to which resources made available to teacher of relevance to the instruction to be passed on the students was high in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      The results from the analysis of the both main hypothesis operational hypotheses were tested and rejected.
      5.    There was significant relationship between resource availability and teachers’ productivity in secondary schools in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      6.    There was significant relationship human resources availability and teachers’ productivity in secondary schools in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      7.    There was significant relationship material resources availability and teachers’ productivity in secondary schools in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      8.    There was significant relationship financial resources availability and teachers’ productivity in secondary schools in Ilorin east local government area Kwara State
      Conclusions of the finding
          Based on the result of the study, the following conclusions were reached. The achievement of the secondary school education depends upon the quality and availability of resources in order to enhance teachers’ productivity.
          It is evident that teachers are exposed to several challenges in their teaching profession if there is no adequate availability of resources in the schools. Indeed, the heart of Nigerian educational system is the school factors that include teachers’ variables is the major indicator and determinant of educational output.
          As result of this, the finding of this study has clearly linked with resources availability and teachers’ productivity.  It is therefore, revealed that when teachers face problem of resources they perform below the expected educational standard and consequently in turn constitute to students’ poor academic performance. This study confirmed that these variables were quite germane essential and that they were inextricably linked to realization of educational objective.
      Recommendations
      Based on the research finding the researcher makes the following recommendations as
      1.    The government should ensure that there are enough teachers as human resources in schools to avoid work overload and ensure their productivity
      2.    The various stakeholders should ensure that there are adequate resources are available in the school to create a conducive environment for teaching and learning
      3.    The Ministry of Education should ensure that adequate money are allocated and proper monitoring to the secondary school education in order to enhance teachers’ productivity
      4.    There should be provision of other non-human materials to the schools in order to facilitate the effective and efficient of the secondary schools teachers.
