    • Table 5 indicates the distribution of respondents by years of experience. From the table, it is shown that 1 (3%) of the respondents had between 0.5yrs of working experience, 59 (20.1%) of the respondents had between 6-10yrs, 205 (69.7%) of the respondents had between 11-15yrs while the remaining 29(9.9%) of the respondents had between 16-20yrs of working experience.


      Table 6 indicates the distribution of respondents by highest academic qualifications. From the table, it can be deduced that 30 (10.2%) of the respondents were OND holders, 118 (40.1%) of the respondents were NCE holders, 57(19.4%) of the respondents were HND holders, 29 (9.9%) of the respondents were BA(Ed) holders, 59 (20.1%) of the respondents were B.Sc. holders while 1 (.3%) of the respondents were MA (Ed) holders. This implies that the respondents with Bachelor’s degree constituted the majority of the respondents that took part in the study.
