    • Thirdly, there should be a strong link among the various technological based institutions; employers of labour and agencies are vital. The National Board for technical education should liaise with the various institution on technology education for the purpose of organizing periodic forum through which pertinent issues related to technology education are disused.
      Employers of labour should also be involved to makes some input on the problems of education and expectation of technical education. Counselors could also organize special cooperative education and technical institution (Adeloye 2006).
      Fourthly, individual who is adequately assisted on career choice will become mentally healthy and psychologically stable since there is a close link between education and career choice, it is imperative for the counselors to organize elaborate vocational guidance programme that will enhance student’s orientation towards technological development.
      Lastly, career education should be fully integrated into curriculum of all technologically base institution with a view to sensitizing the students of their actual and potential abilities, aptitudes, Interest and realistic vocational choices.
