DATA ANALYSIS, INTERPRETATION AND DISCUSSION
Introduction
This chapter deal with the analysis, interpretation and discussion of data collected. The study was to access the determinants of Job satisfaction among Secondary School Teacher’s in Moro Local Government Area, Kwara State. One hundred structured questionnaires distributed to some selected secondary schools in Moro Local Government Areas Kwara State. Descriptive Statistics was used to analyse the data gathered from the respondents.
Sex of the Respondent
From Table 1 above, out of the 100 respondents, it showed that 52% were male. while 48% were female. It therefore indicates that the male respondents participate more than the female respondents.
